Researching for book spreads

My two ideas for the book spreads turned into a children's travel book down the coast of California and a book containing Chicago events such as the Taste of Chicago and the Pride Parade. To research I looked up the history of tourism in general as well as the history of California, Taste and the parade to get a better understanding of where it all began and how it got to where it is today.
